By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to these terms.Refund and Cancellation PolicyRefunds: All sales are considered final once the first coaching session has commenced. We do not offer refunds after the first coaching session has started.Cancellation: Clients may cancel their coaching plan for a full refund provided the cancellation request is submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled start of the first coaching session, via email to [email protected].Processing Time: Refunds will be processed on our end within 15 business days. However, the reflection of the refund in the client's account may take additional time, depending on the client's payment method.No Show: If a client does not show up for a scheduled coaching session without any prior intimation, the session will not be rescheduled and will be considered completed. If you need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session.Reschedule Due to Coaches' Unavailability: Just like clients, our coaches may also encounter unforeseen circumstances that prevent them from conducting a scheduled session. In such cases, our coaches will notify clients in advance about the need to reschedule and will work with clients to find a suitable alternative time for the session.No Reminders: Please note that once a session is scheduled, there will be no additional reminders sent for the session. It is the client's responsibility to remember their session times and make themselves available for the session.Acceptance of Terms
By making a payment to "CoderToDecoder.com," clients automatically agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions in full, including our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Clients will be sent this policy via email upon making a payment, with an explicit statement that making a payment constitutes acceptance of this policy.Disclaimers
We provide coaching services designed to offer guidance and support. However, we do not guarantee any specific outcomes as a result of our coaching and will not be responsible for any outcomes. Success in interviews, career advancements, and personal branding efforts are dependent on factors beyond our control.Coaching Outcomes

As part of this service we help our clients in preparing their behavioural interview stories. We also help them in getting prepared by taking mock interviews for behavioural, and system design rounds.3) Career growth:
As part of this service we help our clients with their specific career challenge, such as how to get promoted, clarity on which career path to choose etc.How does the process works:If you need help with any of the above three services, you can reach out to us either by submitting the contact us form on this website.After reviewing your request, we will get in touch with you through email, LinkedIn to understand more about your request. This may require we meeting virtually through online meeting platforms.Once we understand if and how can we help you, we will send you the personalised coaching plan details.After you agree to the coaching plan, we will send you the payment details.Payment details:We accept payment in 2 currencies.1) For clients based out of India, who want to pay in INR, we accept the payment in INR.2) For all other clients, we accept payment in USD.Please note, payment details on how to do payment will be shared through email.Once we receive the payment confirmation, we will setup online meetings as stated in the coaching plan.
